DIGITAL FILE DELIVERY

All of our products are digital, so you won't have to wait for shipping. Once the order is placed, the digital file will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your spam folder in the rare case the file ends up there, If you're experiencing any issues with viewing or using it, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

STATEMENT OF USE

All digital documents are for personal use by the purchaser only. The purchase of any document(s) gives one person access. Please do not distribute any document(s) to anyone for any reason. To purchase a user license, please go to www.passtheesalt.com and purchase the product from our Shop Page. Do not recreate or alter any document(s) in any way or use the contents without the permission of Pass The Salt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our digital products or services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage all customers to carefully review their purchases before completing their transactions. However, we do understand that special circumstances may arise, and we are here to help. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need assistance.

PAYMENT & FREE CONSULTATION

Full payment is required prior to the session appointments, and we cannot begin the process until full payment is received. Visit our services page to purchase session(s) and check out, once you do you'll be directed to book your session at a time and date most convenient for you.

Our free consultations are available to new clients only and one per person. We believe that each person's journey is unique, which is why we offer free consultations to new clients. This thirty-minute session allows us to get to know you and provide information regarding the services we offer. We will also answer any questions you may have and gather information from you to understand how we can best help. We are committed to helping you on your spiritual journey and ensuring a positive, healing experience.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We understand things come up last minute, If for any reason you need to reschedule a session, simply email us at passtheesalt@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and we will be happy to reschedule it for you. Although we do not offer refunds for any service we will accommodate any session cancellations due to schedule conflicts and emergencies by rescheduling the session.

In addition, sessions have an expiration date of 90 days, from the date of purchase. Within those 90 days, the session should be scheduled/rescheduled and used or it will expire and the previous payment will be forfeited, a new payment must be made before the services can begin.
